excellent text that that clear, consice and to the point: provides real world examples to make economic concepts relevant and easy to learn. Each chapter has questions and answers at the end to lock down the new concepts.

    Managerial Economic Concepts Made Relevant
Unlike many texts that focus on abstract academic theory, this textbook provides relevant, real-life, current examples of how to apply macroeconomic concepts to everyday problems faced by business executives.

Managerial economic finally someone made it easy to understand
Simply, the book makes managerial economics easy to understand. Clear, concise, and interesting, the book seamlessly moves beyond theoretical concept by demonstrating the power of economics as a tool for practicle application.

    Easy Approach to the Subject
Froeb and McCann have produced an easy read on a subject which has traditionally been a real snoozer for me. They present the material in a conversational tone rather than dry academic language. Some of the short answer problems are worded a bit confusingly and I wish the book had an answer supplement, but overall it was very good.

    Great Book
I used this book in my MBA econ class and liked that it took some complex topics and made them easy to understand with good exaples. I realy liked that it would explain the theory and then give a good example to back it up. Overall the book did a good job of hitting the imporant topics rather than getting caught up ain all the mundane details that are easy to get lost in.

    Managerial Economics Problem Solving Approach
Managerial Economics - A Problem Solving Approach is a very entertaining journey through the economic issues facing today's business manager. The authors' folksy style blends well with many true-life examples from corporate America to arm the reader with interesting and productive ways of attacking any economic problem thrown their way. A very good read that I highly recommend.

A text book for the rest of us
Managerial Economics: A Problem Solving Approach is designed to teach the reader how to think in an analytical way; it is not a textbook that forces the reader to memorize hordes of complex and rarely used concepts. This is the one economics text book that I have found to be helpful on an almost daily basis. Prof. Froeb's book teaches the reader how to systematically work through a problem and apply economic theory in a meaningful and useful way. Managerial Economics: A Problem Solving Approach is an easy read that makes a lot of sense. I understood the concepts and still remember them to this day several months after finishing it. As a student of economics, I have been forced to read a lot of text books, and this is the first one to makes sense to me.

    For Managers
This book is designed for decision makers and not for academics. Each chapter provides a situation a goes through the logic of what one should do. It is also a very easy read for those who hate the standard textbook.

    Excellent Text
Who says textbooks are boring?! This is a text you will want to read cover-to-cover - even if it's not required coursework. I've even suggested it to my non-student peers. Written in language even I can understand. Now, if Froeb would just write a Statistics text I could understand that subject too! :)

    Great learning experience
This textbook provided excellent real world examples and made learning economics not nearly as painful as it had been in other classes.
