    Great Book Great Value
    This book was very informative and a quick read. This was my first attempt at getting into grad school. I've been out for over 15 years and I had no idea where to begin. The book outlines section by section what adcom is looking for and gave me some ideas as to how to minimize any weaknesses I had on my application....I have been accepted to one of the top 20 schools in the nation. I only applied to one school! So excited.

    Essential for anyone applying to business school
    I came across MBA Admissions Strategy after reading most of the other ones on the market and have since only used this one. The book is streamlined, informative, and honest. Avi is straightforward, telling you exactly what AdCom is looking for, without sugar coating anything. The method for essay writing is tough and time consuming but it is absolutely worth every second, as it forces introspection and the creation of a cogent, compelling story. The book is not long, but it does not need to be. I have not seen any other book on the market that is comparable. If you want to get into a top 10 MBA Program, buy this book!

    A Striking Strategy Nailed My Essay
    I had a technically perfect, reasonable and ambitious Statement of Purpose and solid work experience. However, I wanted to be sure that it was a winning essay and turned to Avi for insight about it. After reading Avi's advice, it was obvious that my long-term goal of becoming a VP or Worldwide Marketing, while ambitious, was not adventurous or striking enough to secure my admission into an MBA program.

    An excellent book for anyone who is applying for an MBA program
    Without the information, I would not have known the best way to start writing an essay for an MBA program. It gave me very valuable information. I liked the analysis of each question type and the detailed information about what schools are really looking for. I certainly recommend it.

    Excellent Book Signed up for Avi s Service too
    I picked up Avi Gordon's book just by chance at Border's bookstore. I was thinking about applying to Business Schools and just by reading through the first couple paragraphs of the book's introduction, I knew this book would have everything that I would want - an in-depth education of what it takes to get in to business school, what the adcom looks for, how to communicate my match to them, etc, etc, etc. The PROFILING which Avi stresses on is so KEY. I followed to book to the T. I have made my own personal notes on the book and have used that step-by-step as I prepare my MBA application packages. I definitely, highly, recommend this book. Reading the book is like talking to a friend, a coach, and it gives you the confidence that what you're doing--following the book--will take you in the right direction: to a top business school. Personally, I took 2 days off and went away just to focus on reading the book and preparing my profile. Later, I signed-up for Avi's service, and now he's helping me review my work and essays and I hope that is the other-half of what it will take me to get into the b-school of my choice! Avi, I look forward to working with you... and I owe you a big treat if I get in where I want to :-)
